But one in five adults in Scotland don’t know where to go to get help. What’s more, 25% of people who experience mental health problems wait more than a year to seek help after first developing concerns about their mental health.

SAMH’s Know Where to Go campaign is working to ensure that people in Scotland get the help they need for their mental health when they need it. This guide is not here to diagnose you, it is here to provide you or someone you know with the information and tools needed to get help for your mental health.
